They strive to provide information through various campaigns as well as to help overcome both cultural and social obstacles for women with the main goal being the improvement of women’s overall standing in society.

The common goals of FIFA are to help develop and promote girls and women’s football, to improve the structure of the game in the member associations and confederations, to help increase the number of girls and women who are playing football at professional, amateur and even in schools. They are also in place to monitor and help improve the organization, quality as well as any expansion of the women’s football matches and competition. This organization helps to create conditions in which a larger number of women are able to occupy managerial, technical and a variety of other positions in football. In general this organization has been created to help coordinate and publicize all things women’s football. FIFA is expected to grow as the profession of women’s football becomes much more popular in many more areas of the world.
